A gorgeous complete set of Wills Cigarette cards produced in 1936 entitled "Wild Flowers", 50 cards in total. These cards also have adhesive backs so that they can be glued directly into an album. In good condition and they would look wonderful framed en masse. A stunning bunch of wildflowers - thrift, poppies, forget-me-nots. corn cockles, cornflowers amongst them - just like wandering through a country lane in the summer...

| This is such a charming tablecloth, that conjures up all kinds of romantic summer images, Cottage Gardens and thatched cottages! Lovely hand embroidered tablecloth on natural cotton and finished with pink ribbon and coloured stitching edge. Bedecked with crinoline ladies in a variety of situations in the garden collecting their blooms - underneath a tree, next to the bird bath, beside a cottage surrounded at all times by hollyhocks, pink blossoms etc. Stunning images to each of the four corners and ones in between too, whilst in the centre there is a circle of yellow flowers. In lovely condition and so, so pretty. Measures approx 106cm x 87cm. If the call of the garden is too much for you, think how pretty this would be on a garden table for afternoon tea... |

| A truly nostalgic poster dating from 1935, depicting a little boy fishing with a jam jar on a sunny day - truly delightful. Originally intended as a fold out supplement to an educational publication and intended for use in a classroom, this appears not to have been used, showing no signs of pin holes etc. However, please note that is has been folded and is not in pristine condition but is in very good condition for its age. Measures approx 63cm x 47cm. Painted by Joyce Brisley of Milly Molly Mandy fame. |

| Very charming little book about Wild Flowers, issued as part of Mother Nature's series and published by Frederick Warne in 1939. Written by W J Stokoe. Wild Flowers described "in simple language". With 8 black and white plates and 58 black and white illustrations. Dustjacket has charming image of country lane (also reproduced in colour inside book) on front but is showing signs of age, tears to edges of cover and quite grubby in places (please see photos). Board covers are in good condition. Dustjacket is price clipped and book has a small inscription from previous owner on inside endpaper. A very charming little book - perfect for a summer countryside stroll. |

A delicate and delightful vintage dragonfly brooch. Pretty turquoise and blue enamelled wings on a silvered metal base with brass pin clasp. There are the words 'Ratnoid Pro-Patent 355' embossed on the back of the brooch. Measuring 4.5 cm wide by 3 cm long. A lovely vintage piece that would sit very prettily on a lapel.

| Lovely edition of "Butterflies in Britain", written and lithographed by Richard Chopping. This is one of the vintage Picture Puffin series. This edition has board covers, the spine is slightly worn and some slight foxing to boards. However the pages are nice and tight and the contents are in excellent condition with stunning illustrations throughout. Landscape format measures approx 22cm x 18cm. A beautiful addition to your nature table or bookshelves. |

Hollyhocks, Daisies, and Lavender are a few of the flowers that are finely stitched with brightly coloured silks. The frame measures 17cm diameter and has a thread for hanging. |

| This is an unusual but very attractive Art Deco style vintage brooch. An embossed pattern of stylized flowers is fashioned from pewter over a celluloid base with a pin clasp. Very charming little book written and illustrated by Helen Haywood and published as part of Hutchinson's Books for Young People in 1940s. Board covers with gorgeous illustration of butterflies and foliage has some wear to edges and some marks too. Inside the contents are clean and bright, some marks to pages due to age but tightly bound and full of wonderful colour illustrations. A lovely little book (18 pages), measures approx 16cm x 19cm.
