PAYMENT

Paying for your items at Milly & Dottie's Emporium couldn't be easier. Just tick the checkout button next to the item/s you would like to buy and you will immediately be taken to Paypal Express Checkout. Paypal is a universally accepted and trusted method of online banking and accepts all major credit cards. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this method of payment. Credit card payments and bank transfers can be arranged by entering your details in a simple checkout procedure.

Alternatively, Milly & Dottie's Emporium are happy to accept a cheque for your purchase. Goods will be dispatched on clearance of cheque which can take up to five working days, so please allow plenty of time for your parcel to arrive.

DELIVERY

We aim to process your order as swiftly as possible, within 2 - 3 working days of payment. Please allow more time at weekends. All parcels will be posted by 1st Class Standard Mail.

Larger parcels will be posted by Parcel Force this may require additional postage costs so we will notify you of these before dispatch if this is the case.

If you wish us to quote you for international shipping prior to completing your purchase then we will be pleased to do so. Please email us with your address and the products that you are interested in and we will give you an accurate postal cost prior to you placing your order.

We take great pride in delivering your goods as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, there are rare occasions where external factors are completely outside of our control and can delay a parcel, despite our best endeavours, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances. We will of course notify you if there is a delay in the despatching of your order.  


PACKAGING

Milly & Dottie would like you to know that we recycle much of our packaging to minimise the impact on our beautiful planet and keep postage costs to a minimum. Your brown paper packages tied up with string will be parceled up carefully and securely.


ITEM DESCRIPTION

We try to describe the items as accurately as we can. However, due to the authentic and vintage nature of the items in the Emporium, some of them may have small flaws or imperfections that reflect their age and general wear and tear. Please note that the toys in the Nursery are not suitable for children as they are sold as collectors items and do not comply to today's safety regulations.


MILLY & DOTTIE'S RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you receive your item/s and it has been damaged during transit  or you are unhappy with it, then we will be more than happy to refund your purchase costs, in full, on receipt of returned goods.within seven days from receipt of purchase. Please notify us of any intent to return goods upon their receipt by you.
